Most of the time things work as they should on the estate. Having said that, concerns about antisocial behaviour of non-residents and issues with parking come up a lot at TRA meetings.

We'd like to start a log to find out how frequently these things are happening. This could be powerful information to take to the estate services manager to bring about changes and make improvements.
